The Challenge and Goals
FoodShare's website was outdated and they needed a new website to align with the organization’s growth. They wanted a new website with a modern design (iterated from their own mockups), better organized navigation and content structure and they needed it to integrate with important marketing and donation tools. They also needed a backend that would be easy for their web editors to use and make updates.
Our Process & Approach
Strategy
We created a strategy for the website that outlined their target audience, navigation and content structure, main CTA's and backend logistics.
Design
Kaylo Digital created mockups (with reference to their own mockups that they wanted to follow) to illustrate what the new website would look like.
Development & Migration
Once the design was agreed upon and signed off on we built out the new website to reflect the mockups. Once the website was complete and launched we also archived their previous website for reference in the future if needed.
Training
Once the website was completed Kaylo Digital trained their web team on how to make updates to the new website.
The Solution
Their new website is built with conversions, flexibility and maintainability in mind. The new website has a modern design that aligns with their branding and has a better organized content structure. The backend is also easier for their web team to work in.
