Kreyol Kitchen serves authentic Haitian-Caribbean food through pre-order meals, catering and pop-up events in Kingston, Ontario and surrounding areas. While their food left customers wanting more their old website wasn’t helping them grow. It was outdated, hard to navigate, didn’t explain their services well and didn’t encourage visitors to place orders or get in touch. They also didn’t have full control of their website which meant the business didn’t have access to the backend, hosting or their own domain.

We helped them to redesign their website from the ground up to build trust with clear information about their services. The new site has a clean and modern design that puts their menus front and center to make ordering from their pre-order and catering menus simple. The old site didn’t explain services clearly so we helped refine their messaging by highlighting pre-order meals, catering and pop-ups in a way that speaks directly to their target customers easily. Alongside the redesign we also worked with them to smoothly migrate their hosting, domain and email system so they could gain ownership.

We also provided local SEO support to help them improve their visibility in local search and generate reviews. They now have a Google Business Profile that’s fully optimized with photos and updated information about their services.
